This year I’ll miss TIFF 2020
Thanks COVID 19

When most viewings were on Yonge St back in the early part of this century. They have beeen spread around the King St. Venues from downtown to midtown.

Once upon a time, I met the late Sidney Pollack in the restroom line. The staff prevented me from approaching the late Danny Aiello when he directed his lobster film.

Doing the SARS epidemic I saw Nicole Kidman enter the theatre.

Then their was the late Phillp Seymour Hoffman on stage asking questions.

Life that’s how it goes. ( As Snoop Dog says)
I took a break until 2016, when I saw a few stars until 2019 when I missed a lot of stars running from theatre to theatre.

One year I saw Obie wan. ( Ewan McGregor) He directed a film that was great for its moments.

Last year I saw Jamie Fox via a video screen. But the best year was 2018 when I saw Viola Davis run into a interview and Michelle Rodriguez was about ten feet away. Collin Farrell. Yep.

Then their was the year I saw the real star of Prometheus in his break out role as David Michael Fastbender. That year he was in Assassins Creed and X-Men.

TIFF IS ALWAYS. Good for fan and star interactions.

I really wanted to see Regina King and Halle Berry this September 2020.

OH well. Oh Canada 2021?
